Brick Yard Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 2025
Brick Yard constructs a game, not a data profile. This notice lays out our privacy practices with the same clarity we bring to laying a good foundation: honest, solid, and no hidden cavities.
What we build from
Brick Yard builds nothing from your personal data. No worker ID, no blueprint of your identity, no address in the system — you arrive and you build, full stop.
Site survey (server logs)
Like a foreman's site log, our servers may automatically note: browser model, device type, and an anonymised IP fragment. These notes are used only to monitor whether the yard is open and running safely.
No surveillance cameras
Brick Yard installs no advertising trackers, no behavioural analytics sensors, and no third-party monitoring on the construction site.
Supplied materials (Google Fonts)
Our typefaces are sourced from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a standard HTTP request to Google's servers to collect them; that request may include your IP. Their privacy documentation covers those supplied materials.
Young builders
Brick Yard is a constructive, creative game with no violent content, no gambling, and no age restrictions. Children and adults can both put on a hard hat. We collect nothing from any builder.
Notice revisions
If our practices change, this notice will be updated and redated. Continued building after a revision means you accept the new terms.
